I'm home, hope the bus with the band is safe and all.

hell, this was outstanding!

brand new version of Different Place! The guys jammed it to life during the soundcheck!

also stunners: The Empress (quote Brett: "The only song I have ever written about music business") and Clowns. With Amy missing Brett did wonderful versions out of them, with singing a capella during long periods. The audience went totally quiet (maybe they held their breaths like me) and listend. impressing.

The band rocked the house, there was so much energy on stage and then also in the audience. This must have been the best gig I have ever seen in Germany. To make this out of a German audience is magic!

Thanks Brett and band, you all were wonderful and created a night to remember!

more later!

exhausted but happy, happy, happy!

couldn't have said it better!

thanks so much to Brett, the band and whole crew! I guess it's been (one of) the best gigs I've ever seen in Germany; the audience was great!

WOW! I didn't know, what was waiting for us! Im totally impressed! SO MUCH ENERGY! A strong contrast to the last concerts I have seen from him - in a church with a piano...

An expolosion in hell with sensuous moments of quiet... GREAT!

It was stronger than in cologne 2007...

THANK YOU BRETT!

A new morning... :-) went yesterday to Cologne...the concert really really was amazing! Brett Anderson was brilliant, cheered on by a crazy and addicted crowd...he changes the club into a living hell-dancing as a god: dirty, snotty, provoking, fragile, sweaty, obscene,lascivious...unbelievable. That was sex. Great the chosen songs. As he did 'Clowns' and 'The Empress',on a barstool, only with his guitar, his voice was absolutely breathtaking, he put all the emotions in his vocals, one can ever imagine. The audience, who only seconds ago was riot, suddenly kept still and there was an qietness, that showed that EVERYONE was deeply moved. It means so much to me, that Brett Anderson thanked the crowd later this night for beeing 'the 12th man in a football-team'...-and that he very well remember the last gig in Cologne/Luxor, which was also special. I went also to the London show last friday-and I am very suprised, that the Cologne gig was so different-the vibes between Brett Anderson and the audience, in Cologne it seemed to be a little bit more intensive. But why compare? London was also a night to remember and it's good, that all the gigs aren't the same. I must admit, that every then and now I can laugh about myself while screaming "Brett, Brett".."we love you" and things like that-being 41 old, you don'T DO #THAT#, haha...but I did and will do as long as Brett is worthy of it :-)) so Brett, please ...

Thanks to Vanessa for the London Matinee-access! Didn't saw you in Cologne to say thankyou personally.

Btw I met some nice people, whom I didn't know before. Nice to share the exitement before the gig..

Simply BRILLIANT.
Thank you Brett for all you share with us, we appreciate that very much.

Man, sounds like people had a fantastic time!

Can only hope this energy is carried through to the Manchester and Glasgow shows in Feb!

makes me wish ConcertLive were recording the German shows instead!

I came here today because I thought this was a session on how my wife could learn to communicate, how to answer a question without a question, which I thought, given your wall of fucking diplomas, you could easily fix, or if you couldn't, you could give her a pill that would either fix it or make her a mute

Brett and the Band where absolutely great. I enjoyed every minute.

Only Prime Entertainment should have choosen another location, Cologne has better ones than the Luxor.
